Linda - Business Assistant
Linda has worked as a receptionist and business assistant for Dr. Gillis since 1994. Her vast experience with dental insurance will ensure that you receive maximum benefits from your dental plan. Linda can assist with your financial arrangements as well as help you schedule and coordinate your appointments. |

Shelly – Business Assistant
Shelly joined Dr Gillis’ staff in February, 2009 and enjoys meeting all the patients as they walk through the door. Her customer service and banking background has helped her move right in to her role. She will help you coordinate your appointments as well as assist you with financial arrangements and questions on your insurance.

Julie - Treatment Assistant
Since 1989, Julie has served as a treatment assistant with Dr. Gillis. If you have questions about your treatment, insurance, or any aspect of your dental care, let Julie know. Because of her extensive dental background and caring nature, you will find her very helpful. Julie works with Dr. Gillis during treatment to make your visit efficient and comfortable. |

Karen - Treatment Assistant
Karen joined the office in 2002 as a treatment assistant. She uses her own dental experiences and training to make your dental treatment as comfortable and smooth as possible. Because she really cares about all of our patients, she works to make them feel welcome and relaxed while they are here. Karen can answer your questions about treatment options, insurance, or financial arrangements. |
Regina - Treatment Assistant
Regina came to Dr. Gillis' office in May 2005, and her background in customer service has allowed her to quickly grow into the position of treatment assistant. She enjoys developing relationships with patients and finding ways to meet their individual needs. Regina looks forward to helping you feel relaxed and comfortable during your visits and answering your questions concerning your dental care. |

Diane - Dental Hygienist
For more than 23 years, Diane has worked as a dental hygienist; she has served on Dr. Gillis’ staff since 1998. She will take the time to explain your dental treatment, as well as the benefits of having healthy teeth and gums. Diane provides thorough periodontal care and excels at keeping our patients relaxed during treatment. |
Melanie - Dental Hygienist
Melanie joined Dr. Gillis’ team in August, 2005 and continues to enjoy meeting new patients. Developing ongoing relationships and caring for each patient’s concerns is very important to Melanie. She strives to be gentle, thorough, and understanding of your concerns. Melanie wants to help patients enjoy years of excellent dental health. |

Sarah – Dental Hygienist
Sarah started seeing patients in our office in August, 2009. She really enjoys caring for our patients and her enthusiasm for providing exceptional dental care is contagious. Sarah can answer any of your questions from the simplest, what is the difference in toothpastes, to the more complex, how can I control periodontal disease. |
Russ Gillis – Business Manager
Russ has been with our office since 1989 taking care of the business side of the practice. He handles our accounting, marketing, human resources, and information systems. Russ makes sure that your financial transactions with our office are accurate and efficient and is happy to answer your questions about insurance or your account. |
